12 Conspiracy Theories

It's a bird! It's a plane! Wait ... it's some kind of secret military plane. Nope, it's a UFO. WTF IS IT?!?

On this episode Caitlin talks American conspiracy theories, from Area 51 to Pizzagate 2.0 (QAnon). She also educates us on the science of why we find conspiracy theories so attractive and ... *looks over shoulder* ... she lists some conspiracy theories that have ended up being true.

Drink of the episode: The UFO

  • 1/3 glass genever gin or regular gin
  • 2/3 glass lemon soda (if you don’t have lemon soda, use lemon juice, sugar and club soda)
  • Add ice cubes and serve

About the Podcast

Amateur Intellectuals
Comedy and Talk Show
Amateur Intellectuals is a podcast where two friends bring their curiosity and irreverent sense of humor as they explore a myriad of intellectual topics. Equipped with the fervor and qualifications non-experts, Master of Communication Caitlin and Bachelor of No Fine Art Kendall challenge their minds and livers as they laugh, learn, and libate with an on-theme cocktail.

Each Sunday, Caitlin and Kendall bring their thirst for knowledge (and alcohol) as they tackle new topics, share personal stories and laugh hard along the way - as only Amateur Intellectuals can.
